To Run or Not to Run

On days like today, dreary and cloudy, it can be hard for me to find motivation to workout so I found a list of 15 reasons to run and I posted it on my fridge to keep me going.

Solo runs provide time for self discovery

It provides an opportunity to get outside and enjoy nature

It reduces stress
It fights depression and anxiety
It gives you energy
It lengthens your lifespan
It gives you goals to work toward
