Welcome to my blog! I look forward to sharing delicious recipes and workout tips as well as my Minnesota adventures. For the past 7 years I have really tried to embrace a healthy living style since taking control of my life and losing 70lbs. I still have a goal to lose 20 lbs and finally get into that bikini I have been dreaming about for years but overall, I just want to embrace the philosophy of having a healthy mind, body and soul.
