Weight Loss Milestones

Weight 164lbs

I have currently reached the lowest weight I have been in my adult life! The only time that I got down below 170 is when I got mono my senior year of college and got down to 165 for about 2 weeks. It feels great and I'm ready to keep going!

Weight 161lbs

I am now officially launching Operation Bikini Body. The plan is to reach my goal weight of 145 by the end of the summer. I really want to push my body in a healthy way to see what I am capable of achieving. I can tell I've already come to far since winter, losing 20 lbs and 2 sizes, but now it's time to drop that last 15.
