Crossfit bootcamp workout
This is a great workout that I found on pinterest. It's tough, but awesome for toning legs and thights. Be prepared to sweat!

20 minute Cardio/Strength Workout

This is a great workout that can be done anywhere. Quick but very effective. I like to do this when I bake and am waiting for things to come out of the oven :) Just set timer and go!

30 Jumping Jacks
5 Push Ups
25 High Knees
7 Burpees
10 Crunches
7 Squats
5 Pushups
10 Crunches
5 Pushups
7 Squats
30 Jumping Jacks
1 Minute Wall sit
5 Pushups
25 High Knees

Repeat 3-4x


Leg and Butt Workout

These are some great toning exercises I found from Women's Health Magazine. Since my lower half is what I struggle with the most, I love doing these exercises 2-3x per week. I usually do 50-100 of each move.
